Lifeline brings back 'OLD SCHOOL' training with their new Indian Clubs
Indian Clubs
Indian Club swinging originated from soldiers in India for improving strength, agility, balance and physical ability. They lost popularity in the 20s due to sports and games, but are coming back in a big way. For something different, try your hand at some old school, new age fitness training.
They strengthen your back and shoulders with their unique shape and off-center weight. They help increase shoulder mobility and range of motion, as well as improve elbow and wrist flexibility. Our synthetic clubs have a more precise weight tolerance and won't break, crack or chip so they work better and last longer than wood clubs.
Lifeline Indian Clubs come with a great 35 minute DVD by Dr. Ed Thomas, a Fulbright scholar, martial artist and university professor with over 25 years of teaching experience.
Indian Clubs comes with:
- 2 x 16½” Indian Clubs, choice of either 1 or 2lbs clubs
- Instructional DVD by martial artist Dr. Ed Thomas (Included with both the 1lbs and 2lbs clubs)
