• Specific of biomechanics
• Specifics of energy systems
• Workshop - Body Weight training, Traditional Strength, Resistance Bands

Day2:

• Nutrition and Making weight
• Periodization
• Programming
• Workshops - Stability ball, Medicine ball Circuits, Ropes
• Exam

This internationally recognized certification will offer JC's 30 years of combat and coaching experiences in a 12 hour course. It will cover the essential tenants of combat coaching and training. The internationally recognized MMA Certified coach will be able to organize a purposeful combat training program that is based on science - but practically tested and effective. All applicants will receive full course work material, including comprehensive manuals and DVD, which will be mailed out approximately 8 weeks before the certification course.
